HOW DO I BOOK A HOLIDAY AT THE BARN?

The easiest way to book your self-catering holiday is to check your preferred dates on our calendars and get in touch with us via our online contact form  or email jleepowell@me.com  Please note, our calendar software is currently being upgraded. Whilst this work is being undertaken, please contact us directly and we will check the availability for you.

DO YOU HAVE A COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY?

Yes. As Covid has become part of our daily lives we have updated our Coivd policy to reflect this. If you (or a member of your party) feel unwell, display symptoms of Covid and/or test positive for Covid and are required to self isolate, thus preventing you from travelling to the barn, we will not be able to provide a refund. 

 

If due to enforced Government national or regional lock downs you are unable to travel to the barn or we are unable to offer this service we will provide a full refund.

ARE YOU DOG FRIENDLY?

Yes. The Barn can accommodate 2 dogs at a charge of £25 for each dog holidaying with us. We expect, of course, that guests pick up after their dog, including in the surrounding fields please! In addition, we ask that dogs are kept on leads when walking in fields or fells with livestock. Thank you. 

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AT THE BARN?

Check in is from 4pm. Usually, you can arrive any time from then onwards, and we will be in touch to make arrangements for keys. 

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-OUT AT THE BARN?

Check out is by 10am please! Please make sure you follow the check-out procedures including taking bins out.

DO YOU PROVIDE LINEN AND TOWELS?

Yes, we provide linen and towels.If you require the sofa bed, please make sure you let us know a few days before you arrive. 

WILL WE SEE YOU DURING OUR STAY?

We are usually on site in our house for at least some of each day, and almost always overnight. We usually take your lead when it comes to face-to-face contact. If you want a bit of chat where is good to eat out, what places you could visit etc, then we are delighted to do this. However, we also know that a lot of people just want to get on with their holiday – this is absolutely fine too! You don’t need to see us when you leave, simply follow the check-out instructions. We are always on text, on the phone if you have any problems.
