Tree Top nets, Tree Top trek, Brave the Cave, Archery, pony rides, boat hire, bike hire, mini golf, orienteering& trails, cafe, gardens, exhibitions and organised fun activities (please check the time table)

There's lots to do for all the family and plenty to eat and drink. We welcome well-behaved dogs on leads.

Grizedale Forest

Grizedale Forest nestles in the heart of the Lake District between lakes Windermere and Coniston. Activities range from gentle walks to swinging through the trees on GoApe, enjoying a leisurely meal in the Grizedale Café to exhilarating mountain bike rides.​

Lakeland Pony Treks

The centre allows for families to experience horse riding in the Lake District amongst some of the most beautiful scenery in the country. 

Lakeland Pony Treks is set on the edge of Limefitt Holiday Park based in the historic valley of Troutbeck only two miles away from the town of Windermere.

We have a selection of horse rides to suit every age and ability all beginner rides are off road amongst the lovely scenery of the Troutbeck Valley.
